World of Warcraft’s global phenomenon needs no introductions - this complex massively multiplayer online role-playing game set in the Warcraft universe has gathered a cult following over the years, becoming a true sensation in the MMO world. The game allows its players to create their own avatar and explore the fantastic world of Azeroth. With an open world full of countless quests to complete, dungeons to search, and fights to engage in, WoW has won its players’ hearts by allowing them to enjoy both PvP and co-op gameplay elements.
World of Warcraft: The War Within is the first part of the upcoming Worldsoul Saga trilogy of World of Warcraft expansions, alongside World of Warcraft: Midnight and World of Warcraft: The Last Titan. Set primarily in Azeroth’s Khaz Algar, this exciting expansion pack allows its players to explore four new zones: the Isle of Dorn and its capital city - Dornogal, The Ringing Deeps, Hallowfall, and Azj-Kahet.
Welcome to Khaz Algar
Khaz Algar is a vast, never-before-seen area beneath Azeroth’s surface. It’s here that the Harbinger of the Void, Xal’atath, has gathered and mutated powerful Nerubian forces to attack Azeroth, posing a serious threat to the area and forcing Alliance and Horde to work together in order to defend the world.
Visit four new zones: the Isle of Dorn - the home of the Earthen, The Ringing Deeps - a cavern inhabited by the Machine Speakers, Hallowfall - a home of the mysterious crystal brightening up the undergrounds, and Azj-Kahet - the pinnacle of Neruvian society and Xal’atath’s hunting ground. Discover the Delves, new world instances full of treasures and magnificent end-game loot waiting to be torn from its bosses’ hands!
New and improved
The War Within features a new playable allied race, Earthen, as well as eight new Dungeons and a challenging Raid created with Alliance and Horde cooperation in mind. Dynamic Flying makes a comeback with new in-game mounts available for exploration of the mysterious area of Khaz Algar. The game’s level cap has also been raised, allowing players to develop their characters further - now they can reach level 80. New Hero Talents for every class and specialization are available starting at level 71.
Players can now expand the potential of their alts with the Warbands feature, an account-wide progression system. Regardless of your characters’ faction, you can now share your Warband Bank access, War Within Renown, achievements, collections, and more across your Battle.net account!
